Fresh Sea Bass Fillets & Whole Fish
The fillets were thick, clean and smelled of nothing but the sea. Pan-fried one the same night and it held together perfectly.

Half-Shell Scallops with Roe
Arrived still frozen solid with the roe bright orange. Steamed them with garlic and they were sweeter than anything at the fish market.

Ordered late Monday, on my doorstep Tuesday morning, still icy. The dried ones went straight into a congee the next day.
